Your first Kakobuy order, step by step
You choose a product, Kakobuy buys it in China, sends you real warehouse photos, and then ships your parcel to your country.
Before you begin
You only need three things
A Kakobuy account
Create it with invite code mdyyn.
A product you like
Find one on RepRevs or through a trusted seller.
Your size and color
Check the product options before paying.
The tutorial
Complete these five steps
Do one step at a time. You do not need to arrange international shipping on the first day.
Create your Kakobuy account
Open Kakobuy with the button and finish registration. The invite code is already included in the link.
Choose a product
On RepRevs, open the product you want and tap BUY. The product opens on Kakobuy in a new tab. You can also copy a Taobao, Weidian, 1688, or Yupoo product link and paste it into Kakobuy.
Confirm the options and pay for the item
Choose the correct size, color, and quantity. Add a short note only if the seller needs extra information, then pay for the product.
Wait for warehouse photos and check QC
The seller sends the item to Kakobuy's warehouse. Kakobuy photographs the actual item so you can check it before international shipping.
Create a parcel and ship it
When your items are ready, select them in the warehouse, enter your address, choose an available shipping line, apply a coupon, and pay for delivery. Kakobuy will provide tracking after dispatch.

You normally pay in two stages
This is the part that surprises most first-time buyers.
Buy the product
You pay for the item so the seller can send it to Kakobuy's warehouse.
Ship the parcel
After QC, you choose a shipping line and pay international delivery to your address.
Quality check
What should you do after QC photos arrive?
Zoom in and compare the warehouse photos with the product listing before making a decision.
- Confirm the color and size tag.
- Check prints, logos, stitching, and shape.
- Keep the item in the warehouse until you are ready to create a parcel.
- Do not submit the item for international shipping yet.
- Use Kakobuy's available return or exchange option.
- Act within the time shown on the order page.
